It's Paris in the year 2000 and a mummy with evil powers has unleashed a phantom
named Belphegor in the famed Louvre Museum – actually, the first film ever actually shot in the famous landmark.
The score, a really nice one, combines orchestra, electronics and even a traditional
Egyptian ensemble in a heady mixture somewhat similar to a Middle Eastern Deep Forest or
Dead Can Dance. Definitely a disc for collectors seeking something a little exotic.
